The Autonomous Finance project has been the main global campaign for Jedox in 2024.

After an initial struggle in receiving a clear brief from the main stakeholders, I decided to organise a “mini Design Sprint” in an effort to get the project back on track, in line with the business expectation.

After organising 4 “flash-sessions” with cross-functional teams, design and content have been able to successful refocus the creative efforts and deliver an impactful campaign that translate Jedox vision for simplifying and optimising the world of FP&A.

The choice of a bold visual like an F1 car embodies the company’s mission to deliver powerful AI enhancements that empower users to make decisions faster and with extreme accuracy..with no time left for doubts.

The Design Sprint

I organised 4 sessions with a cross-functional team to push forward the project, mainly because the project was at a standstill. Focusing mainly on the “Understand” and “Define” steps, the sessions used a mix of different techniques and processes, like the crazy 8’s, that helped identify the problem and find a customer-centric solution.
